Meet your injector
Aveline Rhodes, NP
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner · Aesthetic Injector · Old Town Scottsdale
I spent six years in an emergency department in Phoenix and three more in dermatology. Both taught me facial anatomy the hard way — trauma repair on one side, skin cancer margins on the other. By the time I picked up a syringe for cosmetic work, I had already spent a decade looking at what is underneath skin rather than on top of it.
That background is why I treat conservatively. I know exactly which vessel sits under a nasolabial fold and what happens when someone gets it wrong. It is also why I say no fairly often: to patients who want more than their anatomy will hold, to trends that will not age well, and to anyone who has been told they need a full face of filler at twenty-six.
Aveline is deliberately one room. No front desk, no coordinator, no rotating injectors who inherit someone else’s plan. You book with me, you are treated by me, and when you text about a bruise at nine on a Sunday, it is me who answers.

How I work
Anatomy first
Every plan starts from bone and muscle, not from a photo on your phone. If a reference image was achieved surgically, I will tell you that rather than chase it with filler.
Conservative dosing
I would rather see you twice than over-treat once. Two-week reviews are included on all injectables, and topping up costs less than dissolving.
No sales targets
There is no product quota here, no membership I need you to join, and no coordinator paid on commission. Sometimes the right answer is skincare and sunscreen.
“The best compliment I get is that nobody can tell.”
